Everyone can use a coach. Someone who is unconditionally in your corner. Someone who will listen to you, challenge you, ideate with you, and hold you accountable for the goals you’ve set. Someone you can trust.
I like to meet with potential clients for a 45-minute discovery call so that we can learn a bit about each other and determine if we have good chemistry and fit.
If we decide to move forward, I'll ask you to complete a coaching profile and share more detail about what you hope to gain from coaching so that we can ground our work together. This includes questions about: who you are and what matters most to you; the aspired shift(s) you wish to make; what’s holding you back; what might accelerate your efforts; and the goals you want to meet (and by when).
We’ll also agree to the frequency and length of our sessions based on your coaching goals. Typically, my coaching engagements are about 3-6 months, and during that time we meet every 2-3 weeks for about an hour. All sessions are held via Zoom, unless otherwise arranged.
At our coaching sessions, we'll always focus on what’s top of mind for you and how you want to use our time together. We may try some drills or experiments to help you explore new pathways, perspectives, and ideas. We’ll definitely have a laugh, because we all need that. Most importantly, we’ll circle back to your goals, so there’s a consistent through line and accountability.
Between sessions, I may send you occasional check ins via email or text, or send you relevant articles/videos/podcasts as needed to further support your coaching goals.
At some point, we’ll decide to pause or conclude our coaching. For me, this is a time for celebration and reflection — and is a conversation that marks a new beginning.
I will actively listen to you and be present. I will also make myself available to you between sessions by phone, text, email, etc. as needed to support your goals.
I will not disclose your name or other personal information or the content of our coaching sessions to others, unless you agree in advance or as required by law.
I will partner with you to make the shifts you want to make, share ideas on how you might accelerate transitions and handle challenges, be honest with and support you.
